We gave Mr. Owl a glow up, creating a pixel-by-pixel restoration of the original “How Many Licks” commercial. And welcomed a new side kick, The Chameleon, to introduce all the colorful, flavored Tootsie Rolls.

The result? Thousands of positive comments online and “the world may never know” how much press.
